Budding Artist and Activist?
Yesterday was Open House at Caleb’s school. We didn’t know about it until the last minute (literally, I was driving home from work). Sam and I didn’t have time to make it up there (:() but Daddy went. He sent us these pictures of Caleb’s artwork on display:
Isn't his use of color wonderful?
Obviously, they were studying Van Gogh with this one.
His class has also been studying recycling, and they were asked to write a letter to the mayor about recycling. Here is Caleb’s letter:
Clearly, he’s a budding activist as well as artist!
And, oh yeah, he’s doing stupendously in school! His teachers adore him and wish they could clone a whole classfull of him! Aren’t we lucky to have such a great kid?!?!
