From December 15 through the 20th, Sam and I drove to League City to visit Grandma and Grandpa. This was the first time I was brave enough to drive that far with Sam by myself (yes, I know I’m a weenie). Daddy has a big project going on at work, so he couldn’t take time off to join us.<\/p>\n

We had so much fun. Sam was wonderful on the drive (both down there and back) and Grandma and Grandpa ATE. UP. the visit. And, of course, Sam had NO problem being doted on by everyone.<\/p>\n

He helped Grandma decorate her house:<\/p>\n

He colored with Grandpa:<\/p>\n

He walked a mile in Grandma’s shoes:<\/p>\n

He played with his cousins, especially James:<\/p>\n

Sam happily posed for pictures that James took.

He let Grandpa get his belly:

\nHe played in Grandma’s BIG bathtub:

And he read stories with Grandpa:

We also spent time with “Aunt Lynne cookie” making (what else?) Christmas cookies! (Sorry, Aunt Lynne, you’re only partially in these pictures. \ud83d\ude41 )<\/p>\n
