For your reading enjoyment, here are some recent giggle-inducing lines. (Some are repeats from FB &#8211; sorry)<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">Sam (singing songs before bed): &#8220;W, X, Y and Z. Now I know my A-Me-C&#8217;s, next time won&#8217;t you sing with Mommeeeee.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">Sam: Dere are TWO baseball players in dis house: Sam and Lily<br \/>\n(Sam swings the bat) Lily hit a home run!<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">Sam: We go to Bear&#8217;s scwimmage today?<br \/>\nMe: Yes, after nap we&#8217;ll go to Bear&#8217;s scrimmage.<br \/>\nSam: Dey have a catcher there? And a Grampire?<br \/>\nMe (giggling): Yes, there will be someone playing catcher, but I don&#8217;t know if they&#8217;ll have an umpire, since it&#8217;s a scrimmage, not a real game.<br \/>\nSam: Dey WILL have a grampire there.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">Sam (showing me his blue monster truck): Dis Ike&#8217;s twuck. (Pointing to the passenger side) Dat&#8217;s Gidget right dere.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">Sam: Mommy, my baby is seeping, pease don&#8217;t step on him.<br \/>\nMe: Okay, I won&#8217;t step on him, but maybe he shouldn&#8217;t be sleeping in the middle of the kitchen floor?<br \/>\nSam: But he&#8217;s SEEPING. Can&#8217;t move him, Mommy.<br \/>\n(Have I mentioned he&#8217;s a genius?)<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">Sam: Mommy? Is dis a ca-booster seat?<br \/>\nMe: Yes, yes it is.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">Bryan: What are you doing Sam? Are you cooking?<br \/>\nSam: Yes<br \/>\nBryan: What are you cooking?<br \/>\nSam (singing): Hot dog, hot dog, hot diggity dog.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">Sam (grumpy): No! I&#8217;m Jingle the husky pup.<br \/>\nMe: Ok, Jingle the husky pup. Remember, Jingle ALWAYS does what he&#8217;s told.<br \/>\nSam: oh.<br \/>\nMe: I think that one backfired on you.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">Sam: Mommy, my anteaters are all better now.<\/p>\n<p>Sam has also really been into reading lately, especially at bedtime. We almost always read stories at bedtime, but lately he&#8217;s wanted to read them to me, instead of the other way around. Some of the books he knows the story well enough to tell me what&#8217;s happening on each page, but most of the time he just makes up stories to go along with the pictures.
